Attendee Registration Fee is $250 per person

Hotel:

 

Rooms are held at the Hilton Garden Inn for $120 per night. Additional information on the hotel accommodations and booking will be sent to you once your registration is received.

 

We hope you will be able to join us for our 2020 Conference. There will be many opportunities to discuss current industry trends and topics. We will also present new features in PowerSeller. 

Monday evening we will host a Welcome Reception from 6 to 8pm. 

The Tuesday conference topics will include the following and more:

  • PowerSeller 7.1 (May 2020) Feature review including improved workflow for Trades, Securities and Pool screens. APIs for taking out Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac cash commitments directly from PowerSeller, API for Freddie Mac cash pricing and the fallout analysis/study process.
  • Review PowerSeller 7.0 features that you might have missed.
  • A PowerFill user’s perspective on optimizing cash commitments and delivery profitability.
  • Reviewing PowerSeller’s pricing model and rate sheet enhancements.
  • Implementing new closing ratio grids to your hedging model for improved results.
  • Discussion of features and enhancements to existing processes that you would like to see in an upcoming releases of PowerSeller.

A full breakfast and lunch will be served on 4/21. After the conference, we are hosting an evening at TopGolf in Greater Cleveland as our evening dinner and activity. TopGolf is a full-serve driving range where points are scored by hitting micro-chipped golf balls at giant dartboard-like targets on an outfield.  Join us for an evening of dinner, golf and fun.   Clubs are provided by TopGolf and all skill levels will have a great time.

The registration deadline is April 6, 2020 but if you register before March 6, 2020 the registration fee will be reduced to $150 per person. We hope to see you there!
