Position: PowerSeller Support Analyst

Position Summary:

Provide support to customers in an efficient and accurate manner. Troubleshoot problems and
advise on the appropriate action.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve inquiries from customers via phone or email
· Walk customers through problem solving process
· Properly escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support
· Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
· Log all interactions into Customer First system
· Assist with configuration of new clients
· Design, develop, document and deliver custom solutions including reports and screens
· Perform classroom, webinar and remote training to customers
· Recommend system modifications or improvements
· Balance the workload of multiple projects and deadlines
· Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customer’s expectations
· Stay current with system information, changes and updates
· Occasional travel required


Requirements
· Experience using Excel
· Experience in mortgage lending, finance or accounting preferred but not required
· Experience in relational databases and structured query language (SQL) preferred but not required
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Proficiency in English
· Strong client-facing and communication skills
· Advance troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
· Customer Service orientation
· Attention to detail
· Organized and self-motivated
